72% possession and 39 shots on goal - only 9 on target though. Good result for the hammers but I wonder how they feel about Allardyce's style overall.

I don't speak for everyone but we are not happy with the style of play nor the results, but in those sort of games where thier players are earning per year more than we spend on transfers that is the sort of football you need to play.
We needed at point at least and that is what we got , it was a game we had written off so anything is a bonus.
Only the second team to go to Stamford bridge and get a point.

With a few players back from injury and a few new addituons i think we will just limp over the line.

A win for you lot midweek was welcome and away.

It was a funny press conference from BFS as he made Jose look a right mug, I'm not a fan of West Hams football but on Wednesday they wern't expected to get anything so fair play for getting a point.

Jose's BBC interview puts a different light on things. Basically he was saying it wasn't a good advert for selling the Premier League and he's right. Plenty of people have said the same thing about other games.
