    Like I said, Trotter was free and the only money you should have received is a small loan fee. It's irrelevant whether you received the loan fee, when we first signed Trotter on loan or now, as you have indicated.

    What I would bear in mind, is that we managed to find the funds to pay Villa for Alan Hutton towards the end of the season and he would have cost a lot more in fees and wages, so maybe your club is spinning you a yarn?
