re: Scottish people who

English fitba bores me no matter how competitive yet I can watch Scottish fitba, (pretty much any game) and I enjoy it far more no matter how uncompetitive.

If you like watching good football, English football is worth watching. Of course there are cr@p games - that's what makes football what it is.

There's some great players in the EPL though.

Got a soft spot for Carlisle mate, used to go and watch them when I stayed in Hawick, my first game was Carlisle vs Man City in '84.

Aye they're full of loonies and have a better average gate than Motherwell.
Hardly surprising. Luton's population is 240,000. Motherwell's is 31,000.
Aye but you are forgetting that over a third
of the population of Luton have no interest in fitba let alone their local team.
Similar to Paisley with the Old Firm, Pogue, in that Luton loses a lot of support to Spurs & Arsenal.
I don't think Pogue is talking about folk in Luton who support London clubs

Scottish fans who support English clubs have got to shoulder some blame for the demise of the Scottish game.

English fitba relys too much on foreigners, I much preferred it in the 90's. Good British and Irish players with a small sprinkling of foreigners.

    No it doesn't

Luton does not have 240,000 people either.
