Political Songs should be kept away from fitba is very laudable BUT where do you draw the line?

    Fields of At***rie?
    Flower of Scotland?
    God Save The Queen?

    Eh?

Are you seriously saying there is nothing political about a song glorifying people dubbed 'political prisoners' by the very people that are singing the song? At a fitba match?

What colour is the sky on your planet?

I once wrote a song about a roll.

    It was rubbish.

The roll, not the song - which was simply delightful.

I agree 100%, but the fact is, those that sing the song call those terrorists, political prisoners. That makes the song political.

Was Nelson Mandela a "political prisoner" or "convicted terrorist ****"???

Time and a place for songs like 'Roll Of Honour' and in my opinion match-day inside Celtic Park is not one of them.

I don't know if Mandela killed any civilians. If he did...then he deserved every year in jail.

Is that true of everybody who kills civilians Al, or just those who's political standpoints you don't agree with that kill civilians. You see, it can become a minefield when you're discussing keeping politics and fitba separate
