"but is very productive with it" - fingers crossed.

I do hope you're joking about the play-offs!

Diagarouga is yet another DMF who probably won't add too much to the team, especially going forward.

Is a creative player too much to ask for? I actually thought Ashley Harris did a decent job in the creative role at Southend so if we're not going to sign anyone then perhaps he could be given a chance there?

Well, LDB, we DO have a chance in the hot fiery stuff, but will we take it? The answer is probably NO not this season.

I shall be happy with any position between 10 and 16. Did I plump for 12th or was it 14th at the start of the season? Either way, I was not expecting miracles, because in football, just like at M & S, you get what you pay for.

As we can't afford to pay much, we have to fashion a silk purse out of a sow's a**e. This is possible, given the right leadership, training/skills and motivation. Some things at which Cloughie was a past master, but at which most Managers fail miserably, despite appearing a simple set of parameters to follow.

The first thing we need to do is climb away from the dreaded 23rd and 24th places. If we do that I'll be happy and can enjoy our summer whatever that brings. I personally don't think we will finish anywhere near the play offs. We can only take one game at a time and see what happens.
