See this Stewarty character, does he have a regular log in then switch to the "stewarty" one for posts re.independence or does he only read this forum and post as and when independence is a topic???
Stranger than Mr Strange from Strangeland.
How can anyone give facts for an event(s) which hasn't happened yet. I'd add stewarty's use of the word to that as well.Originally Posted by Sir_Walter_Timslayer

Tony Blair changed his place of birth to suite whichever audience he was addressing - NE England, Edinburgh, county Donegal are three that I can remember from his PMship.
A serious question- what about folk like me? I've got Scots parents and have lived in the western isles, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Cumbria and Lancashire in my 40yrs. Shouldn't I have a say?

I suppose it depends were which country you live in now.
If I moved to New York, long term this Summer I wouldn't expect a vote.

Take it up with your MP, I'm just a dafty on a Fitba forum.
Me too.
I agree that the whole of the UK should be given a vote because I believe it would be an overwhelming yes.
But at the moment only people living in Scotland are allowed.
