    The Official Sunderland v West Ham United Thread

    Sunderland will have Fabio Borini available again to face West Ham after the forward was ineligible against parent club Liverpool last time out.
    Fellow striker Steven Fletcher is missing due to an ankle injury, while goalkeeper Keiren Westwood is still sidelined with a shoulder problem.
    Winston Reid and Roger Johnson are in line to replace West Ham defender James Collins who has a calf injury.
    Midfielder Matt Jarvis is available again after a thigh problem.

    Sunderland have at least two games in hand over all the other teams in the relegation fight. Turning them into points however, could prove to be problematic.
    The Black Cats have the worst home record in the league. This will have to be improved. Gus Poyet's remaining away games look treacherous - Tottenham, Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United - so the emphasis will be on grinding out results at home.
    If four defeats and a draw in their last five games sounds like relegation form, one win from their last eight home matche

    i'd like to see a shuffle so that diame moves to the middle and taylor drops to the bench so that armero could be given a run on the flank.. wont happen though. team will most likely be the same unless injuries

    i want the win this weekend. i'm pretty sure if we do, then we are safe, and same can play a 3-4-3 formation for the remainder of the year.
