    The SPFL will rule on a claim by axed midfielder Danny Racchi for a five-figure sum from Kilmarnock at a Hampden hearing on Thursday morning.

    The Englishman was sacked by the Rugby Park club in a row over a Twitter post last April.

    Reacting to the news goals by former Killie stars Rory Boulding and Gary Harkins had cost the Ayrshire side a top-six place in the league, Racchi tweeted: a€˜Karma, today was all about karma.a€™

    Racchi was fined four weeks wages and hauled off the training ground to be sacked after a failed appeal.

    Clubless for the last year, Racchi will now ask the SPFL to uphold a series of claims concerning lost earnings, under payment of wages following a contractual irregularity and other issues.

    That is disputed by Kilmarnock chairman Michael Johnston, however, who insisted only the issue over the playera€™s contract will be raised, adding: a€˜Mr Racc
