    Gavin Reilly ?

Any update - nothing on Official site ?

I spoke with a Cowdenbeath official after the match who said he had been taken to hospital with a suspected broken ankle.

It was quite clear to see from the first roll of the ball that the pitch was in shocking condition.

He appeared to keel over with no one near him which would indicate the pitch may have played a part in his injury.

Don't quite understand why we risked him as his pace and energy would have been a huge asset in the upcoming playoffs.

Whenever I have seen a player stretched off in the past with their hands on their heads in pain it tends to be a bad injury.

    Haste ye back Gavin !

the video clearly shows he slides and goes over on his ankle so here's hoping its not a break but at worst ligament damage...either way hes not going to be playing in the play offs I fear.

McIntyre quoted in Sunday press '' that pitch was not befitting of a professional football club, Reilly rolled his ankle on it and is out of the play - offs ''

Saw him on crutches at the Palmerston Fun Day and it is a pity he will miss both games v Falkirk especially as the second leg on Saturday is his 21st birthday
