Getting their hopefully lasley and reid will follow shortly although nothing been said about ainsworth so no idea if hes been offered a deal or not. I also thought ramsden was out of contract but heard nothing on him either as they only said hutch hammell and reid offered new contracts.

What p1sses me off is the way the club go about their publicity. They did the same last year instead of hyping up our performance and getting everyone keen and excited to boost season tickets / european sales they burst everyones bubble with their abject misery reports. I'm not saying hide it but by fpuck they could get their timing better.

This is very good news. A highly experienced professional with 100% commitment to the club. This is the kind of guy that is the heart of the team.
Reading elsewhere in the forum some concern about Lasley not having resigned yet. It may be he wants two years and club will only offer one year, due to his age. I think, if that is the case, that the club is correct. If has still got it in one year, then happy to take him on again, but one year contract just now seems right to me.
Hope he does sign!
