    Jamie Bishop

Noticed he has been freed by Stirling Albion, was their Captain a while back also good experienced central defender who scored goals, was disappointed when Weir ditched him, reckon he would a decent shout getting him back to Gayfield.

He played 38 games for Stirling Albion this season, 29 years old and 6ft in height = perfect.

I never felt Bishop was particularly good in the air, was better at intercepting low passes.

We need more aerial presence in the team. 6 feet isn't particularly tall for a centre-half and Bishop certainly does not have a leap like Travis.

We sorely need a journeyman type central defender. He would fit the bill and add the experience that we lack. Not ancient for a defender either.

More interested in the fact Stirling never offered him a contract,
