Ok bit of a non starter coz I know he's long gone but I think Miles Addison,under Steve Mc's coaching could've done a job in CM holding & wouldn't have cost a penny (except wages of course). I seem to remember him having one of his best games against Man Utd in the league cup in that position.Shame he's gone.Anyone know where he ended up?

Can't do much with a player who's injured all the time... he's still at Bournemouth but spent half of the season on loan at Rotherham - played six games.

Who knows. I'd never heard of Bamford, Wisdom or Thorne before they came to us so I'll just trust in SM to use his contacts again to find an alternative. Thorne is outstanding and I'd love him to join us but he can't be unique and irreplaceable.

ince looks ok but nothing special when I've watched him. he's tough and strong but he's a destroyer. he'll win the ball and pass it 5 yards. I've not seen any range of passing ability on display.

don't get me wrong we could do a lot worse but he's probably more similar to Eustace than thorne imho.

I also imagine they would value him pretty highly.
