Pity they couldn't add Hoddle to those two, would really get on the Bennies nerves.

Is Downing really that useless or is it pure small mindedness because he played for Wolves?
We all know how fickle they can be, I'd have thought Downing at the very least would install a bit of passion in the B71 changing room, something the players have been lacking in for a long time.

    Then again, who cares?

He must be doing something right as Peace wants to keep him and Kiely at the club. Downing is an easy target when things go wrong, added bonus that he was worshipped at Wolves

One win, one defeat and three draws is Downing's record. That one win kept them up

I like the way they all come out with "I know someone that works in the (choose any one from ticket office/can****/grounds staff/cleaners) club", and they all remarkably have the same.

The new "in the know" gag is "the brother-in law" knows this and that. It's good to have Mick D and what other alias he goes by back

Oh and you guessed it, it's Dingle Downing's fault for the Sherwood deal being held up

Had a higher winning % than the two other managers this season. Downing, WBA's best manager!

Well it won't be Tim Sherwood anyway.

Albion will Alan Irvine as head coach in the next 48 hours.
