I'm serious. Sunni insurgents advancing on Baghdad have captured Mosul and Tikrit. Government forces are disintegrating and the Military and the Police throwing away their uniforms. Kuwait is a neighbouring state which in the first Iraq conflict had it's oil well infrastructure torched by Saddam. If it happens again or something similar then that's Forest money supply gone.
