    Today's World Cup Match Thread.

Three games today, Mexico v Cameroon, Spain v Holland, and last up Chile v Australia. Prediction wise, i'll go with a win for Mexico, Spain and a draw in the Chile v Australia game.

There's so much space down the left for Layun in the opening ten minutes or so. He's seen a lot of the ball and looks dangerous. A disallowed goal for Mexico, Dos Santos ruled offside. He didn't look offside on first viewing and seemed to time his run right.

A big chance for Eto'o and Cameroon, Assou-Ekotto picks out his run but fires wide.

Another Dos Santos goal ruled out for offside, ball from the corner flicked on by Cameroon defender.

Will be 50% of the goals this World Cup be argued over as to whether they are offside or not? Seems to be the rule most often questioned, challenged and/or debated in the sport!

I thought Mexico played well, hope they get a couple of goals second half. Offsides outrageous.

Finally a goal for Mexico, Itandje saves Dos Santos's effort, but Peralta makes sure with the follow up. No more than Mexico deserve.

So true, they look a lot better that they did in the friendly [ha!] against Honduras.

I always find their football pleasing on the eye anyway Woody. They rarely play the long ball, try and build and attack with pace.
