The thread GrimBlunder started seems to be 9-1 against the appointment. Must give the man a chance though, Irvine will start, I assume, with almost the same squad that Sherwood would have been blessed with. The early season results should be about the same for either appointee, let's see how the Baggies are faring come November 1st before your supporters start rushing the Hawthorns with tar and pitchforks!
