CPO confirmed !!!

Great news this evening for Spurs regarding the long awaited CPO decision, they have received news from secretary of state Eric Pickles confirming that Haringey Council have been granted their CPO against Archway Steel Works.

Barring any appeal from Archway Steel Works which would be very expensive for them and very probably end in failure, this news means that Spurs will shortly be able to carry on with stage 2 of the NDP which is the building process of the Stadium itself, revised plans of the new stadium and timeline will be released by the club as soon as they can.

Don't think anyone believes you now mate to be honest. Despite your previous ITK stuff the building site looks just the same as it did since...well you last bit of ITK information months and months and months ago I thought phase 2 was supposed to be well underway by now.

Sorry but you obviously know nothing. Phase 2 would have been underway last year if Pickles would have got his finger out.
That's the point mate.
It took the Arse 4 months after Islington agreed their CPO to get a decision off of Prescott. It took over 15 months for Pickles to approve our CPO.
You seem to forget that it was all smooth running for Arse - despite reneging on improving Drayton Pk and Holloway rd tube stations, building an underground coach park for away fans and building the promised local sports centre, which were all agreed and points in them getting planning permission.
The 1200 affordable to locals flats promised out of 3,000 have not materialised either.
Man City got a stadium for nothing, so did you, and yet Spurs had English heritage moaning about some derelict house and Haringey refusing to play ball.
It was only because of the last riot that Haringey got on board.
So, it is fact mate and know we can acquire the last piece of land needed to start building the

Loughton I take it you be doing the right thing and giving SSY a red card after his comments which I feel were way out of line considering we were only talking about stadiums. If no red card is produces then questions will have to be ask because it's there in black and white for everyone to see.
