Absolutely gutting news. Close to £3mil on a player who now can't play for 9 months and another huge injury when he's still 21. I really hope we haven't wasted such a significant sum on such a good player who will have his career destroyed through injury. A loaned CDM is now *****, Eustace is a good cover player but a regular starter for a promotion challenging side? I don't think so.

You must be very thick. Even most Baggie fans realise the new coach is a gamble and you will most likely struggle. But the real driver for Thorne's transfer was that he wanted it for himself and made his own decision.

What did Derby do wrong ? In the end you wanted the money to spend on others and you got a very good deal.

We must of had someone lined up if Thorne deal didn't happen?

Let's hope it was someone cheap!!

****in awful news this. Injury free runs are very rare at Derby. I think we used up all our luck last year!

this is what happens when you spend all your money on a player that dosent play, jez peace is no foul.

Instead of going up champs with Thorne you'll have to go up via the play off without Thorne ! Or more than likely you will struggle this years, oh say hello to your sister wife for me.
