Just back from watching Dagenham & Redbridge v (championship) Brentford in the league cup.
What an amazing game it was, finished 6-6. Could have been double that. Sadly Brentford won 4-2 on penalties.
A 6-6 draw in football, Sam Allardcye would have hated everything about that game.
Closest i have ever seen West Ham get to that kind of game was the thrilling come from behind 5-4 win over Bradford. That game had everything.
Chances of those kind of games ever happening under Sam, pretty much zero i would say.
