    Yes I think he wont start as often this season, but he adds something different when he comes on and McClaren clearly likes being able to change the forwards to unsettle a defence during a game.

    Changing things in the forward line was one of the big positive tactics last season. I think a wide player from one of the top teams will arrive soon on loan to support this aim this season. Last season both Dawkins and Bamford arrived on loan and both were 'unknown quantities' in this league. Ward, Russell and Dawkins are established now at this level - there will be countless examples of footage showing them in action - a new signing from the Premier League will have that and obvious quality to boot. Bring it on!
