But if we're going to be lumbered with SA's one up front policy imo we need a couple of pacy central midfielders to support the lone striker.

Zarate can play that role behind a lone striker.
Difficult to prove himself from the bench though.

I agree Tone, Zarate is a genuine number 10 who was good enough to play for Inter Milan, Napoli and top scorer in Argentina last season.

Allardyce today has said he would like one more striker, one who is better than what we already have.

Great way to slam your current players and have yet another dig at the chairman.
