If we got rid of everyone and anyone who's not good enough for the West Ham we all want to see we would need to:
Get a new manager
Get rid of at least half the first team squad.

And to enable us to do this we would need a total change in the boardroom.

The problem is the inhibitors that wreck the plan of progress and improvement.
