Just on SSN. Sam told Cole yesterday that he had no future at the club once Carroll was fit. However today Sam did a u turn and told him he had made a mistake. Cole has been left angry and rightly so WTF is going on ???

Cole has scored 6 goals in the last 10 games he has started. Not to bad at all.

Anyway according to a very well respected itk over at kumb Cole has turned down Bournmouth and Howe has said no offer has been made.

We have 4 main strikers at the club. Cole, Valencia, Carroll and Sahko.

Carroll is out injured to at least Novemeber and is very likely with his track record to get injured again.

Valencia and Sahko have less than 1 hours English top flight experiance between them.

So why get shot of the only experianced Striker?

Saturday was the first time for ages Cole has started in a well balanced team. with support for the attack from midfield and wings. The opposition did not have the luxury of putting two defenders on him and he was able to play his own game...and he scored.

He'd get a few more playing in that line up, as would Chamakh,Maiga,Maynard and all the other strikers left out to dry without a midfield.

Bournemouth have reportedly had a £1m offer for Carlton Cole accepted by West Ham United.

However, the East Londoners will let the striker decide if a move down to the Championship would be beneficial for his career.

The 30-year-old was among the goals as West Ham recorded a 3-1 win over Crystal Palace at the weekend, but when all of his fellow centre-forwards are fit, it is expected that Cole will be fifth in Sam Allardyce's pecking order behind Enner Valencia, Maruo Zarate, Diafra Sakho, and club-record signing Andy Carroll.

That has brought about the interest from the Cherries, who could hold talks with the seven-capped England international in the near future, according to The Times.

Cole joined West Ham in 2006 from Chelsea and he went on to return to Upton Park in 2013 following his release by the club earlier that summer.
