Given i happen to be working nights this week , i had a light salad earlier & prior to that frostys & beans on toast ( when I finished this morning ) ….not very exciting is it

Sounds fairly healthy, though, BW.

Decent mix of protein, carbs, fat, and fiber.

I don't know if I could work shift. Night shift must turn ye upside down.

eye it does indeed sam i moved department ( Ex Transport ) about 15 mths back now ( little concerned about staying in transport , given the current climate ) anyhow ended up in production & managing a shift , unfortunately its 3 shifts

A f**ken kebab shop in a posh part of town is wanting to open until six in the morning, I wish I was posh then I could have kebab for breakfast ( a fresh one that is, not last nights left-overs).

FAF as the shops solicitor says having a kebab could cut domestic violence.
Do posh men beat up their wives for not making their suppers???
