    As I said...knee jerk reaction
Brought in new players but still starts with Vaz Te and Cole with £18m quid or so of new strikers getting splinters

The same Cole he said had no future at the club and could go to Bournemouth, and then 24 hours later said he'd made a mistake

If this is correct then more fool Sullivan. He is supposed to be the main man, the head honcho, il capo di tutti capi.

If he wanted rid he should have had the courage of his convictions and acted. Gold is just a doddery old buffoon and should be treated in the same way as one might tolerate an elderly relative whose better days have long gone.

Pat him on the head and make him a mug of cocoa.

That is the problem.Right there.Allardyce picked the team.He also directed tactics and playing style.

We lost possession everytime the ball was played to Cole. Tomkins likes to launch the ball forward.Does it work ?

Our midfield were slow and ball retention was poor today. Diego Poyet can retain possession and distribute to a team mate.He was available sitting on the bench.

So after 20 mins the evidence was pretty glaring I'd say. Would Mourinho react in that situation ? Would we see other teams in that situation warming up the subs ?

Would another manager, make two changes,re-position playing positions and change tactics ?

Ours chewed gum and watched. But today was the players fault. All on them was it ?[/quote]

    We lost possession all o

What a moronic post about a gentleman and fellow West Ham fan

...who also happens to have made more dough and been more successful than you'll ever be.

Stick to not bothering to watch games, talking b ollocks about B teams and signing of last season Anichebe - you're good at that

It was a bad game for us, but as the commentator said, the window shuts tomorrow, intl break to follow and then the prem season begins.

Do we think FS can integrate Song, Poyet, Zarate and Kouyate with existing players to insure and midfield that isn't hopelessly outmatched by the better teams? In short - NO.

Most of us hold little hope for that, along with little hope that we can adapt to a different attacking style that utilizes the skills of Zarate and Valencia. But he will be given the chance to do so and with as many new signings as we've made, a bit of patience should be extended to any manager - even ours.

I don`t think Sam knows how to use the talent we have got tbh.

We have spent loads of money and we`re terrible. It needs a Poyet or a Hoodle to get the most out of them.

We have lost 7 from 9 games now.Time for change,me thinks.
