Wilkinson gone to Oldham (on loan)

Is this a sign we are going to sign a striker on loan or we planning to no longer play strikers.

Was just gonna post on exactly this.

OK Davies, Mason and Beckford have all scored recently but they are not exactly setting the world on fire.

I don't quite get it unless as you say Dougie's got someone lined up. On the other hand it is only a months loan so at least he should get some game time

I've heard we are in for another striker, but he's apparently injured. The striker is a premiership player. No idea how long he's out for or who it is though.

Yes its certainly strange we did not wait till he had been replaced by someone before letting him go out on loan. I just hope his replacement is a target man are we will be struggling but then again I do worry if we are being linked with players like Halford.

I was spot on with ny guess who Dougie might try and bring in. Apart from the obvious target in Garvan, we're also in for Jonny Williams from Palace. Williams is an attacking midfielder/winger and we head the que for him apparently.

Yes, we do need a bloody striker too Dougie!
