    Thanks for the concern, Chalky.

    Someone on here text'd me to say I should check out a thread on here.

    You'll be joyous to to know that I am ok and that I arrived back here in San Francisco without incident.

    Been busy the last few days (irons in the fire, and all that) and have been neglectful of my posting responsibilities.

    Anyway, had a very nice bowl of oatmeal this morning. Steel cut oats, simmered for twenty minutes with a pinch of salt and then served with a sliced banana and a little 1% milk, from a local family-owned farm that raises dairy cattle in a natural environment.

    Also had three cups of coffee and a large glass of of orange (Californian) juice.
