    Lunch today?

I decided to rustle up something based on what I had left in the fridge, in advance of tomorrow's shopping expedition.

So, I found so eggs that I boiled and then chopped up and mixed with mayonnaise (light) and mustard and a little salt and pepper to season. I then found a small head of lettuce, some cherry tomatoes, a yellow bell pepper, and a short piece of cucumber. Chopped all that up, mixed in the egg/mayo/mustard mixture and had a delicious and healthy lunch, all washed down with a big glass of cold tap water!

    et vous?

Isn't there some kind of civil war going on in Bakewell about calling it a tart or a pudding?
