Yep, I understand what it's supposed to achieve. I just happen to think that it's utterly futile.
Aside from this, I'd love someone to put forward some case studies of black managers, at any level, who are getting their career paths blocked.
Just seems like a massive 'cause celebre' with no evidence whatsoever that's gained more momentum than it ever deserved.
