    4-0, Andros Townsend's low drive beats the San Marino keeper at his near post. What ever the final score is will help build up the goal difference.

    Watched 15 mins then needed a bit more excitement so tuned into a gardening programme !!
    Plus can't stand that so called band that just about know the first few bars of God save the Queen and little else. Older guys will remember the Dutch Swing Band ,now they were musicians and got the place going.

    I understand where you are coming from, Greystone, but I found it a bit mesmerising that we found it so difficult to penetrate a defence packed with part-timers. Their goalkeeper got better and better as the game progressed, but the rather static positioning of our forwards is something that you see time and time again in a lot of matches these days.

    I was sat in the pub with a group of friends and said that six goals was the minimum we should be happy with. Fortunately, I don't think that goal difference will come into it at the end but, I am far from convinced that we have what it takes to match teams like Spain, Holland and the

    I and those that attended the England U21s game tonight witnessed the 'England Band', the crowd took to it at times, the kids enjoyed it, but songs and the tunes are repetitive.
