McGeady says criticism has been unfair.
Everton winger Aiden McGeady has said that the criticism he has received in the past has been unfair.
The Republic of Ireland international admits that he has been frustrated with himself in the past, but says he is ready to step up a level and deliver for Everton now.
“I’m my own harshest critic,” said McGeady. “And at times I haven’t delivered for Ireland. At times I have been frustrated with myself. But at times I have unfairly criticised.
“At the age I’m at, I am hungry to step up a level.”
