... for dinner last night. Wild, fresh, Pacific. Breaded and grilled. Served with California wild rice and grilled Zucchini.
Had half the salmon left over, so fried up some salmon cakes this morning which I'll flake over some lettuce and tomatos for lunch, with a little vinaigrette dressing I made. Lovely. Cold fresh delicious tap water on the side.
