It is a kind of prejudice to make rules up to give a person an advantage just because of there colour. If your good enough your good enough and i think its wrong to implement quotas like this.

Nothing wrong Fluty,if they were good enough they would be given the job.. We don't need them to be given an interview just because they are black.. Racism of the highest order.
