Breech of contract failure to meet the accepted requirements.

The Police/Fire service/Prison officers have a minimum physical requirement to be met. If they can't they get punished or sacked.
A player picking up 70k a week (3 stone?) yet cannot perform to the required levels, should be dealt with. In fact I'd have his work permit off him as well.

Don't worry. It's all worked out. We are planning on inviting Es*** up for the last home game. He believes he's coming up for a jolly, when he'll find himself hooded and bundled into a van. Driven to Stoke Bardolph, lead piped, lashed, cigarette stubbed and thrown over the weir.
