    How much longer?

Mr "nice guy" Dickov has tried to rotate the team to be nice to everyone and give the whole squad experience. This is HIS stategic approach. It reminds me of the 2011-2012 season when we tried bringing in loads of loan players and we ended up 24th in the Championship. Non-standard approaches and experimentation do not work.

Rotation does not work because it does not give any consistency to the team. That's why no-one else does it. When rotating a team it is hard to work out the best combination. Looking at our few wins it is hard to tell what was our best team combination due to this approach.

These are not just pre-season friendlies where experimentation is acceptable. These are real league matches that can result in relegation again, with lost fans, gates, revenue confidence and everything else that is synonymous with failure. Fans will only accept so much and next season, if we are in the League Two, there will be a very short queue for season tickets. So Bramall and Watson ne

If can lose 2-0 at home to Leyton Orient we are in big trouble when we face MK Dons and Bradford in the next 2 games. We are guaranteed a bottom 4 place.

While Rob Jones is off long term with a hamstring injury, Jamie Coppinger is captain. In a recent article Dickov has said we need "someone who is more of a leader around the changing rooms than we’ve currently got". Is that aimed at Copps who has been with Rovers for 9 years and been a loyal worker? Is it not the manager's job to be the leader in the dressing room? Please, someone, anyone, tell me what we have achieved with Dickov at the helm so far. The Blades are tipped for promotion because they have Nigel Clough for a manager, that is the influence a manager can make to a team.

    Clearly, Dickov is no Clough.

PDis not the man to take us forward... Quality goalkeeper required Steer not that... Other than mccolough quality centre half desperately needed along with two full backs... what we have are nowhere near good enough... Priority a holding midfielder required... with furman , de val and copps ... forester, bennett, tyson, main can fight out for two spots... time to get rid of wabarra , evina , macombe , keegan , wellens , robinson , steer , and start building again with quality manager... good grief is that the alarm must be time to wake up, must have been dreaming

Whatever the plan, it's not working. Nobody at the helm (on and off the pitch), confidence draining, the whole not equal to the sum of the parts. Too many absentees. A change is in the air...
