I had a rather delicious pumpernickle bagel (just one half) with a little light cream cheese and a poached/fried egg on top, lightly seasoned with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. The yolk was perfectly runny!
Several cups of fresh ground coffee, black, no sugar, and a medium glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.
