Just a few thoughts on expanding NYS. The gap between the Family Stand and the River Don is huge when you compare it to the Millennium Stadium and the River Taff which has decking over the water. Based on an extra 4,000 seats we could fit them in easily.

When we played Villa in the Lge Cup last season I was impressed with their main stand. It's designed so if the top tier isn't needed then there is no lights on that area and the atmosphere is more concentrated on the rest of the stadium. With a clever design and lighting we could achieve the same. Best will in the world after a few seasons at this level southern team fans will travel in low hundreds midweek and not thousands. Don't let this stop us having bumper gates against clubs like Wednesday and Leeds.

The Lindleys catering contract has been signed up front for 5 years. We are halfway through that contract and will be at least 60% through when any expansion happens. We'll be negotiating the next contract before we know it.
