well done SMC -despite poor results I don't think many fans doubted he was an honest, hard working man. Not many have the decency to walk away.

Unlikely that he'd ever be sacked.

Personally I've allot of respect for the man, I do think it's the right decision.

A sad end to a decent guys reign .. However it is totally a results driven business and they just couldnt go on the way we were. The players need to take a long hard look at themselves. However I totally respect McCall for putting the club before himself.. no doubt we will give the job to Flow or Scott Leitch

Kudos to him for walking away.

A sad end to a superb spell in our history, for all his faults, but we need to move on and up bloody quickly.

He'll probably get a lot more from his job at bt sport than we would be willing to pay I think. I don't really know who would be best placed for the job, but I just hope they don't promote from within.

2 firm fingers raised in his direction. An absolute imposter. Another McLeish: inherited a damn decent side and took it from 2nd top to 2nd bottom, (at least McLeish could win a cup tie !!!!!

MFC is in a very bad way, and that little turd has contributed. Now hopefully Burrows will walk too, and Weir recruits someone with a business brain and the ability to write grammatically accurately, and a Gaffer with some ability/experience - before its too late.
