We should go for somebody who is looking to showcase their ability to improve a squad through quality coaching, attracting agents and be a natural motivator who will move on to a bigger gig in a few years time.
Anybody just looking for a job based on passed experience (read: all ex-spl managers), should be discounted immediately.
