    Scottish cup draws

Queens at home to Brora Rangers ,should be an interesting day! Have we ever played them before?

This match should be similar to the 2008 Linlithgow Rose match I reckon. I hope Queens can have a run all the way to Hampden again.

It won't be similar in terms of away support .. Rose brought approx. 900 fans with them.

Not a tie to set the pules racing. It is though, perfectly winnable and represents a good chance of progression. Brora though should not be dismissed lightly. I am sure they will be well up for the tie, we will have to be the same.

I would suggest that the best way to approach this tie is to ignore the prefix of Brora and treat the opposition as though they were Glasgow Rangers.

Anything less and Queens could be held to a draw or even worse.

Looking forward to the tie and I think we will be pleasantly surprised at the standards of the Highland League champions. It is worth remembering that Inverness Caledonian (and Inverness Thistle) as well as Ross County were all Highland League teams not that long ago.
