Just had a quick look at the Hearts forum they are voting for who they want as their next manager.45% have voted for Micheal O'Neil, I cant see him leaving the Northern Ireland job for a non OF Scottish club especially for a team with Levein running the show in the background.

1 guy also suggested Derek McInnes

Highly unlikely Derek McInnes would move to a smaller club like Hearts.
