Man U would be daft to give the job to OGS permanently. They wouldn't even have considered him if he hadn't played for them. When a club hire an ex-player as manager, you should always ask yourself if they would have hired him if he hadn't played for them. If the answer is no, like with OGS, then it is a mistake.
