    And 5 in 10 games on his short loan with us. A goal away at the then leaders Doncaster on his debut I remeber.

    Still no news on the LDV front. Come on Crewe, speculate to accumulate, otherwise he will be off to pastures new. From what I have heard, the club like what they see and now it is all down to finances. Get a move on Mr Bowler. The "sale" finishes at the end of this week!!!!

    Latest from the OS is that SD is hopeful of getting something sorted out with LDV as regards to him joining the club. Let us hope that it all works out and soon.

    Signs must be good as he approached us. Also he was signing autographs on Saturday a row down from where I sat, someone should of snook a contract in and got him to sign it

    "This" season? SD says on the OS LDV's on trial because he hadn't played a competitive game since April so they needed to see the shape he's in. (Clearly implies too they are now trying to sign him up.)
