I fear you are wasting your time and just stoking his ego, Prat loves to be seen as the enfant terrible and the more we react to his ludicrous posts the happier he will be.

Whenever anyone destroys his arguments he almost never gives response, or if he does it doesn't answer the point made but is another rambling incoherent justification for his assertion that a team at the top of the league has not improved since McClaren took over - I recommend an approach of not mentioning the rodent and no response to his posts, even though its tempting and so so easy to post a reply that completely removes any credibility he did have.

Shame really, because he used to be one of more erudite and reasoned posters.

I agree no one should get foul mouth abuse and I don't think the word plonker can be classed as that. It was used in 'Only Fools and Horses' regularly. Unfortunately Rattea is one of the worst for verbally abusing other posters. I hope you have sent a request to him also.

I would agree that if ones argument is sound then why resort to abuse? But as rapid has said there are many examples on here of Rat calling, personal abuse and if he refrains from that then i'm sure other posters will reciprocate.

Of course it could be that our pay scales are too low to understand!
