I've had 'the utter b@stard' version of it, where it hit me for six then teased me into thinking it was going and then it came back again, which was nice!
I've been left with this ever lasting cough though which is driving me nuts.
My wife's had it too and she's made a right old fuss about it, whereas I've manned up about it obviously.
Women just don't understand what us men have to put up with at times!

The better half is dosed up with it right now but so far it's (touch wood) passing me by.

I'm off on holiday on the 20th. Therefore I expect to come down with it on the 19th!

I know I'm tempting fate, but I tend to be flu resistant.
Sure I catch colds, but actual full blown, proper flu has probably only hit me twice.
Mind you the timing was bad with each dose, one being a weekend trip to London, where I passed out in the hotel bathroom, and the other time was over Christmas.
Not bad for an old'un.
