I think most agree he is good at steadying a ship, lowering debt, getting rid of dead wood, (I don't think he would have ever played Evans). You will require a lot of patience, and probably caffeine. I would guess that in 4 years you will be in a position similar to Derby 18 months ago... hovering around the 6th-10th position in the championship.

Typical Negative Nigel tonight! 0-0 with 5 mins left. MK get a free kick on edge of box. We have been screaming for him to bring on 1 of our 2 strikers sat on the bench, but what does he do? He takes off a midfielder and puts on a centre back. They take the free kick and score...no way back. The man is scared to death to go for it.

Was it like this when he was with you.
Our fans appreciate what he's done but are getting a bit unhappy about the negativity.
Do you think he will get us promoted?

Take a step back and look at it objectively. 12 months ago he took over a sinking ship with a lot of bagage. hes took that ship and got rid of the bagage and sent it shooting forward no longer sinking. In that time you've been to an FA Semi Final and beaten some pretty good sides.

Thats a fast turn around. Hes working on a budget so maybe its not the prettiest ship but its doing what it needs to and keep

Good luck thou coz I still got a lot of time for the man ;-)

On the contrary he had more than enough time to do something other than have a team sit safely in mid table! We were never going down, but then we were never going up either.

I've seen more than a few of those sorts of games with him at Derby, very frustrating and I am thnakful he is not our manager anymore. He has obviously not chnage dhis style one bit, you will not go down, but very much doubt you will go up either.
