Thanks for checking to see if there were a pulse, Sweeney! When these things happen I flash back to old science fiction shows where the hero wakes up one morning and finds only empty houses and deserted streets.

Down right unnerving.

This is a tad unsettling in itself, but directly before checking in on here I popped onto Amazon and dipped in, more or less at random, to blu rays on offer only to have the original series of "The Twilight Zone" jump out at me...clicked on the reviews for details and the one I just happened to read was praising a particularly creepy episode entitled "Where Is Everybody?"

Then I came onto Wolves Mad and immediately opened this thread...

A busy week driving for me, nearly two thousand miles and at least seven hours stuck in motorway traffic jams.

On Tuesday I left home at 6am and returned at 10 15 pm. What a way to spend my retirement. Still it helps to purchase my season ticket.

At seven this morning the other half has asked "When am I going to finish the decorating?"
