    Rovers v Charlton cup team

Will Boyer pick a vastly different team for the cup, preparing for players leaving etc.I think he will,my my guess is

    Eastwood

    Henley Hanley Oconnell Spurr

    Cairney Osullivan Lowe conway

    Brown Varney

Different but gives little used players a chance to shine.
A happy new year to one and all.

What concerns me is whether GB is gonna pick his best available squad and seeing as he probably doesn't know what that is anyway then I doubt it, I hate it when managers put out weakened teams for domestic competitions it devalues them to such an extent that they may as well scrap em apart from that it's cheating fans out of they're hard earned money

Tend to agree there Milly .We should be putting out first eleven out with a view to bring players on when/if we have the game in the bag !Plus have a thought for the hardy few making the long trip ..as you say ..lets not short change the fans.

Above all else we need a win whatever the competion and so does GB at the moment .

The only thing i will say is that our squad is all very much of the same quality bar the obvious two or three anyway. So nothing much to be gained from completely swapping the side around ..and last thing GB needs is some peripheral player having the gam
