    Sad news indeed.

    Cometh the hour, cometh the man... saviour and cornerstone of the club we all love, and no one loved Wolves and made that love count more than Sir Jack did.

    A man whose only agenda was to whole heartedly support HIS club and the surrounding community.

    Old school chairman with an old school desire to see a return of the glory days.

    Sad sad news for Wolves fans. Can't read a history of Wolves without seeing the major impact he had. We wouldn't be here without him. And to sell the team with the club's best interests at heart show how much he truly loved Wolves.

    There's only two statues outside Molineux, correct? Maybe time for a third. Don't know where as Wright and Cullis are in front of their stands, but Sir Jack deserves some great honor.

    Have only just heard the sad news about Sir Jack Hayward, a giant amongst men and eternal legend. Much loved and respected, he was the Champion of Wolves and all things British. May he rest in peace.

    My sincere condolences to his family and friends.
