I'll be having some lentil soup. I made a batch on Sunday. Delicious! Made with only the freshest, local and responsibly grown vegetables. With it, I will enjoy some wheat bread I baked on Sunday, with a little homemade butter and a tall glass of refreshing snow-melt from the Sierra Nevada mountains!

Well, that's me just finished my lunch. The lentil soup was delicious, I must say! Nutritious. Delicious. What more can one say?

Sadly I never really took to cooking , however i got to say i am tempted to do one of those weekends away , take the bread knife & some scran ( un-cooked of course ) & have a go at it , i guess i am far far to lazy eh !

Beans ( Heniz of course ) on toast , followed by a custard today :-) , not sure what she has done tonight for me tea , find out in hr eh :-)
